• Priority
With this service, snow is cleared after a 2” accumulation. You’ll also benefit from regular morning checks for frost and ice when temperatures drop below zero, along with salting services as required.
• Level 1
Snow is removed when there is a 2-3” accumulation. Your property will receive automatic pre-salting before snowfall and post-clearing salting services to ensure safety.
• Level 2
This includes sidewalk clearing and salting, which can be performed by machine or by hand at your request.
Our priority is to service clients who have snow removal agreements with us. We deploy snow clearing machinery when the final snowfall accumulation reaches the agreed-upon depth of your contract (approximately 2-3 inches) and is determined unlikely to melt before freezing.
